EMDR is a non-invasive psychotherapy technique, which helps people reprocess old as well as new emotionally traumatic experiences and find new solutions to their problems in a much shorter time than conventional talk therapy.

Reiki is a gentle “hands on” energy therapy used to support the healing of mind, body and spirit. It uses Universal Life Energy which is directed by one individual to another. Reiki is given by placing hands on, or 1 to 2-inch above the fully clothed body. Reiki provides deep relaxation, evoking a sense of peace and well-being. To benefit from Reiki you need to be open and willing to receive the energy.

EFT is a psychotherapy technique which helps bring rapid relaxation from stress, eliminate an addictive urge, decrease anger, rage, unjustified guilt, physical pain and
other conditions. This is achieved by gentle tapping on specific points of the body and performing simple acts such as humming, counting and eye movements in specific sequence.
